Refund policy

Returns

All items must be returned with their original tags and logos attached in original packaging. Items must be free of damages and stains. You have 10 business days from the date of your item was delivered to return. To start a return, please contact customerservice@houseofshon.com and inform that you'd like to return item(s) with your name, order number, item(s) you'd like to return, and why.  Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returned goods.

Snap Masks/Face Masks

Due to Covid, we have a no return policy on masks. All mask sales are final.

However, should you have an issue with your item(s) or mask(s), please contact us at customerservice@houseofshon.com to further assist you. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for a response.

Damages and issues
Upon reception, please inspect your item(s) and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or wrong item was sent. Please email us with your name, order number, and contact info, so that we may reply promptly.

Exchanges
If there was a defect with your items, please contact us as soon as possible (within 10 days) with your order information, issue, and photo of the defect. Depending on the circumstance, we may provide an exchange or refund at our discretion. Please note, all items are inspected thoroughly for quality before being mailed out. Please follow returns policy to process any returns.

Refunds
If a refund is necessary, we will notify you after the issue has been evaluated. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original form of payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. A refund can take up to 3 to 10 business days depending on your bank or method of payment.
